Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Readigest (the “Service”), operated by Landim IT Tecnologia e Educação Ltda, a Brazil-registered company (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Our Services
Readigest fetches publicly available posts from the sources you register and emails you a daily digest with links back to the originals. We do not control third-party sources and cannot guarantee their availability, accuracy, or content. Some source types are best-effort and may break or become unavailable, and each platform's own terms govern your relationship with it.
Your Account
You must keep your account information accurate, protect your login credentials, and accept responsibility for all activity under your account. Report any unauthorized access to us immediately via our contact page.
Payments
The Service requires a paid subscription (USD 1/month, up to 50 sources); there is no free plan. Pricing is shown in USD and billed in advance for each period. Payments are processed by Stripe, which does not share your card details with us. You can cancel anytime and keep access until the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. For any billing concern, please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve it.
Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of the sources, settings, and any materials you submit, and you grant us a limited license to use them only to operate the Service for you. The Readigest software, branding, and digest formatting remain our property. Content from third-party sources belongs to its respective owners.
Confidentiality
We treat your account data and source list as confidential and use them only to provide the Service. See our Privacy Policy for how we collect, process, and protect your data.
Liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the preceding 12 months.
Acceptable Use & Termination
You agree not to use the Service for unlawful activity, to infringe others' rights, to gain unauthorized access, or to interfere with the platform, and to register only sources you may lawfully read. Either party may terminate at any time; rights and obligations that accrued before termination survive. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, and disputes will be resolved in the courts of Brasília, except where applicable consumer protection laws provide otherwise. We may update these Terms; material changes will be communicated.
